The Kentucky Office for Refugees (KOR) is a department of Catholic Charities of Louisville and is federally designated to coordinate refugee resettlement services across the state, providing grants management, policy guidance, and program development to promote self-sufficiency and community integration.
Each refugee has a unique story, but they all contain painful experiences of forced displacement. The Kentucky Office for Refugees is here to support refugees as they start this new and hopeful chapter of their lives. We serve as the state refugee coordinator’s office, providing funding and resources to direct service providers that offer numerous programs for the refugee population in Kentucky.
