Past Opportunities:

The Letter of Intent (LOI) serves as the first part of the subaward application. The purpose of the LOI is for applicants to briefly describe their organization and funding proposal and for the Kentucky Office for Refugees to review proposals before pushing applicants to the full application. Once you submit an LOI, KOR will review. If approved, you will pushed to the full application.

After submitting your full application, a scoring committee will review the application based on the criteria listed in the NOFO. If approved, you will receive an email from KOR with details on your funding.

Important Dates:

Notices of Funding Opportunity and Part 1 of Application (Letter of Intent) Available: December 6, 2024
Application Opens: January 2, 2025
LOI Soft Deadline: January 17, 2025
Applications Due: January 31, 2025
Awards Announced: March 1, 2025
Award Cycle: April 1, 2025 to September 30, 2026

KOR is hosting Information Sessions for both competitive awards, Program Staff, Finance Staff, and Technical Assistance Staff will be present at these sessions and able to answer all questions. Sessions will be recorded and posted here.
